Explore the Berber villages 8 days/ 5 days walk

Day 1 :Marrakech
Arrival At Marrakech airport; Reception and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 :The massif of Toubkal
In the morning, departure to the bottom of the massif of Toubkal, on foot, (60 kilometres from Marrakech). First contact with the team of muleteers, who come from the village of Imlil. After breakfast, begin the ride, going upstream to the river of Amssakrou. Bivouac at 1500m altitude, after 3hours walking.

Day 3 & Day 4 :The valley of Imnane
Still making progress along the valley of Imnane, we discover new villages and meet friendly faces , villages like : Amssakrou, Ikis, Tameguiste and finally Tacheddirt. (at 2300m).
A three-hour stage.
Nights spent in tents

Day 5 :The valley of Imlil
After crossing the col of Tamatert (2279m), we penetrate the valley of Imlil (1750m) then, we join the village of Aremd (1950m). Night in transit accommodation. 4 hours walking.

Day 6 :The Tizi Mzik
By means of a mule path we join The Tizi Mzik (2490m) a good reference point to contemplate the snow-covered corridors of the Tazarart plateau and the magnificent villages with hanging terrace cultivation which follows the hillside. Night in transit accomodation in the valley of Assif N’Azadene. 4hrs.

Day 7 :The valley of Assif N’Azadene
We are sorry to leave the valley of Azadene, undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful valleys of this massif.
A small Col allows us to get into the village of Imi Oughlade, where our private vehicles wait, and head for Marrakesh. .

Day 8 :Departure
Transfer to the airport and departure
