Trekking in Morocco invites you to discover the Southern part of Morocco, which is the Sahara desert. we offer camel treks with all the magic of the Sahara. You can chose to ride camel back or proceed by foot.

We will visit kasbahs, see vast sand dunes and lush fertile oasis. The huge vistas, solitude and silence of the desert create mysterious powers which will replete the human soul. You will never forget the nights spent under nomadic tents, sharing music and stories with the guides and watching the night sky illuminate.

We combine ancient and modern modes of travel: camel riding and 4X4. Go by camel into the desert, experience the Saharian dunes at night, visit the of a Thousand Kasbahs, the Rose Valley and the World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, the Moroccan Hollywood.

Camel trek
On the border of Morocco the desert inhabited by the tribes of the Ait Atta du Sahara. It contains the first oasis reached from Timbuktu after sixty days of camel caravan. An area where escorts were needed to pass the Touaregs and warrior Berbers. Our trek goes to the huge sand dunes of the L'oued Drâa, an environment which contains memories of the centuries of human endurance needed to cross this link between South and North.

Day 1 :
Depart Marrakech and transport over the hight atlas mountains TIZI NTICHKA pass, we will have time to stop and enjoy impressive landscapes, break for coffee and fresh-sueezed orange juice. We will spend the afternoon visiting world heritage site of Ait benhaddou. This village of clustered berber Kasbahs has been used as most important fortress strongholds on old salt road where caravans brought slaves, Gold, ivory and salt from saharan africa to Marrakech and beyond. We'll pass through Ouarzazate and valley of the rose, famous for soft persian rose oil, pass many Berber village and once in the desert see barren hillsides clustered with kasbahs (fortified dwellings that house many families and their livestock), after visitingTAMLALTE hills, we stay in Dades gorges.

Day 2 :
After breakfast we have a short drive to walk through a massive fault dividing the high atlas mountains Todra gorg sheer rock walls rises to 300 m in narrowest part, Then we'll head for Erg chebbi sand sea, we continue deeper into the desert landscape until Dunnes appear on the horizon. Our mid-afternoon destination is the Auberge where you meet camel guide and ride into the bivouac (camp) Traditional dinner prepared under the evening stars shining brilliantly in the clear night sky. Climb the dunes and watch the moon rise, shooting stars befor retiring to your bed innomad tent.

Day 3 :
Return by camel and watch sunrise on top of the dunes back to the auberge for breakfast and shower, The remainder of the day is spend driving back to ouarzazate where we'll stop for lunch and visit the old Glaoui Kasbah Taouirirte, the we Cross the high Atlas back to Marrakech.

Camel trek along the Atlantic coastline - 5 days with camels (8 days)
Morocco is famous for many things such as the imposing Atlas Mountains, the exotic souks of Marrakech and the rich Arabic and Berber cultures. Less well-known is the spectacular Atlantic coastline. Our relaxed one-week trip follows coastal paths to the attractive town of Essouira. On the way we pass secluded fishing villages, Argan tree orchards, deserted sandy beaches and rocky cliff tops. As a constant companion, we have splendid sea views and the roar of the crashing Atlantic surf. The trip is led by one of our experienced local guides, assisted by the camp and cooking staff. A caravan of camels will carry our luggage. We end the trip with relaxing free time in both Essouira and Marrakech.

Day 1 :Arrival in MarrakecK
Meet our staff team at the airport and transfered to the hotel (half board accomodation).

Day 2 :Marrakech – Tafdna
Transfer by minibus, coach or Land Rover to Tafna, passing through Chichaoua and Ounara. Lunch stop en route. We then continue on through the Haha area, the Argan tree capital, arriving at the fishing port of Tafna where we meet up with our camel-drivers. "Test day" for camel riding. Evening bivouac on a sandy beach in Tafna

Day 3 :Tafna - Hamad Saeih
Once loaded the caravan will set off, passing over Cape Tafelny via the plateau and then drop down to the beach of Sidi Hamad Saeih, where we pitch our tents for the night.

Day 4 :Hamad Saeih - Sidi Mbarek
Our road follows the coast, either along the beach or across the higher plain (depending on wind conditions). Camp at Marabout Sidi Mbarek.

Day 5 :Sidi Mbarek – Sidi Kaouki
The coast stretches away to the horizon. Three linked beaches lead us to Sidi Kaouki. A fishing port and meeting place for wind-surfers. We spent the night camping on the beach.

Day 6 :Sidi Kaouki - Essaouira
Start the day toward Sidi Kaouki, crossing the protected fishing village and the sea caves of Cape Sim. Around cape Sim, the town of Essaouira appears in the distance. We arrive there in the afternoon to have a well-earned rest and spent the night in a comfortable hotel.

Day 7 :Essaouira
Tour of the town of Essaouira, an ancient Portuguese port, followed by lunch at a quayside restaurant where you can sample all types of fish and shellfish. Afternoon transfer to Marrakech and overnight in a hotel. Explore the Medina and shop in the souks

Day 8 :Marrakech – Home
There may be time to visit the legendary Jamaa El Fna square, depending on flight times. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
